Hollywood Stars Praise Spirit Of Change In Washington
ET's Cheryl Woodcock spoke with Spike Lee, Josh Lucas and other celebs at a post-inaugural dinner to get their thoughts on the inauguration of President Barack Obama.
Spike, speaking at a dinner sponsored puma ferrari shoes by Capitol File magazine, said it was good that people were celebrating the inauguration at many balls and parties. But he emphasized that the politicians will need to get back to work the next day to try to help many Americans who are now hurting.
Actor Josh Lucas said what impressed him most was the silence and respect given to Obama by the massive crowd during the swearing-in ceremony. Actress Dana Delaney told ET that Obama's inauguration marks a "new beginning" for America. "I am just happy that he's there, that's all."
